Additional comments (by David Cole)

Oh Melo Velo is my favorite weekly ride. Ed goes to the trouble to select a new route each week (complete with cue sheet) so you get to explore Wake, Johnston, Harnett, and Chatham counties. The out-and-back course allows each rider to ride at whatever pace they choose and still regroup at the finish point. (Note: we tend to have clusters of riders that average 14, 19, and 21+ mph. If you are averse to some solo riding you may want to come with a partner.)
