I added a column to calculate the "cushion"
i.e. time to arrive before the checkpoint closes.

I adjusted the times and speed to make sure that:

I never have less than one hour cushion (the only one less than two hours is near the last one)
I allow myself to slow down over the last 230miles and
to crawl on the last leg yet
still have a TWO hour cushion at the end
get to sleep twice in Loudeac and once more in Montagne au Perche
between each sleep is three stops:
1. a "punch the card and go" stop (16minutes),
2. a "hang out for about an hour" stop, then
3. another "punch the card and go" stop (16minutes),
I trimmed the breaks to make the departures be on even 5-minutes.

This works out to give hour breaks at Brest (yea!) and Fougeres (climb the tower-Yea!)
The 2nd two rests are "sleep through the afternoon" breaks so
the current "heatwave" works out GOOD for me!

It just might work...
