Salisbury and Jones St Wed Night street sprints are back!! Work on form during the off season. We do the loop around the Capital building that is the final stretch of the NC State Games Crit course. Workouts will vary as the winter progresses. Come out to beat your friends and neighbors.

No drop, all levels/genders welcome. Speeds have ranged from 16-20, average about 17-18 mph. Makes a stop at a convenience store at halfway point.
Directions: From I-40, take highway 55 exit. Head East (toward Apex) on 55 about 1.2 miles. Bear Right on Sedwick Road, then left into Audobon Park subdivision.

Description: The rides will vary each Sunday, but we will see Lake Jordan and other great bucolic scenery! We will stop at some point for refreshments/rest room facilities.

Ride cancelled if: Rain or temperatures below 40 degrees

248-5817 Pleasant Union School NCBC New Year's Day Metric. 100km route with many options for shorter distances. One break at the "NC96 Western Wear" store, which is about 50km into the route.
No drop, as long as an 18mph pace can be maintained. Any form of precipitation cancels the ride. Cue sheets will be provided.

This ride will be 42 miles with a cut off to about 32 miles if you want. We roll at 10:00am from the store on New Years Day (January 1 ) no matter how cold it is. There will be no SAG support and the store at old US 1 will be open for a stop. I PROMISE I WILL NOT RIDE FASTER THAN 16 MPH AVERAGE!!!!! There will be people riding faster it will be up to you to find the group riding at your pace. I look forward to seeing everyone out there. K
