tsheffield@nc.rr.com
847-8479 Pleasant Union Elementary School Louisburg Loop
Fairly flat (except for the hills). Reasonably paced (except for the sprints). There are plenty of opportunities for extending or abbreviating the ride on some great roads. Here's your opportunity to participate in a Road Dog tradition called "Drop the Ride Leader". Cue sheets and maps will be provided.
13 Thurs 6pm 27 16-17 Joy Dempsey 713-1662 Blue Jay Point Park Hill Repeats
Warm-up (16-17avg); followed by hill repeats (30 minutes); followed by cool-down (16-17avg); heart rate monitor recommended, but not req-d; note: if it rains on the preceding Wednesday, the ride will be a 27 mile loop at 17-18avg
15 Sat 8am 62 ~20 Tom Fissel

870-5322 Blue Jay Point Park New Year's Day Metric
Ride on the New Year's Day course.  Stop at western wear store, second half more hills. New Year's Day Metric cue sheets are available from the NCBC web. Help celebrate an older guy's birthday by stomping his butt.

847-8479 Blue Jay Point Park Kittrell Loop with a Twist
While out on a "Secret Training" ride a few weeks ago, I found an interesting road off of the normal Kittrell Loop route. It adds a few miles to the route, but I think my Road Dog "friends" will enjoy it. I'll provide a maps and cue sheets. There will be one stop in Kittrell.
29 Sat 7:30am 75 20-21 Sean Dinges
sean.dinges@eds.com
St Francis of Assisi Church The infamous Bahama Loop
During the most recent episode: Barney was dropped when he found out that he couldn't stay with the front group while pushing a tandem; Supler was dropped during a visit to the Moriah BP head; the Bianchi Boys were dropped off -the-front just outside Butner and never regrouped; and almost everyone made new "friends". Note the special starting location and time.
